The executive committee is thankful to all members for the support and trust imposed on the committee for the redevelopment process.
I take pleasure in sharing with you that we have reached a very important and critical milestone in our redevelopment process of builder selection with the tendering process. You will recall that tendering decision was taken by all of us in AGM
It is important that we all have to be aware of the tendering process to avoid any complications/ confusion/ mistakes to keep our best foot forward.
We have arranged an open, informative, and Members connect session with our appointed project management consultant on 16th Nov 25 at 11am , Venue is C Building Parking, North Wing, Amrapali Housing Society, Pune. He shall thoroughly explain and make us aware of the process and steps to be followed for builder selection using the tendering process for best results.
Like we all decided in favour of the redevelopment process about a year ago with overwhelming response and attendance, I urge upon you to block your calendar on 16;th Nov 25 for this milestone meeting and help in transparent selection process.
Looking forward to your presence to positive and decisive movement ahead to fulfill our redevelopment dream.
